Robert Conaway, also known as Ramsey, discovered his passion for design in 2010, creating flyers for club promoters and DJs in Modesto. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a side hustle, designing logos and websites for a few dollars on the side. In 2013, while working at RepairALL, Robert entered a company contest to create the best Facebook page, winning the $500 prize and earning a promotion to Director of Marketing. This role ignited a deeper interest in marketing, leading him to dive into self-taught research and experimentation, producing tangible results.

By 2019, Robert decided to elevate his passion for design and marketing by actively promoting his work on social media. In 2020, SplitFire Graphics was born, initially as a professional side business. The same year marked an expansion as the company began attracting larger clients. By 2021, Robert had added printing solutions to his offerings, and later that year, he made the life-changing decision to leave his job to focus on SplitFire Graphics full-time. In 2022, the company became a national brand and established itself as an LLC.

Today, in 2025, SplitFire Graphics is a thriving business that has helped countless small businesses grow and succeed. Beyond SplitFire, Robert owns and manages several other growing companies, continuing to empower entrepreneurs and fuel innovation.
